All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. If we already have the products on hand, it will be a bit less because we can package existing stock. However, since most of our items have to be hand-poured or hand-cast (unless it is a One Of A Kind [OOAK]) the 3-5 business day rule applies on the basis of how much time it may take to manufacture it. If for whatever reason this is not feasible (supply shortage, sickness, dinosaur attack, etc.) we will contact you directly and let you know.
Shipping & Handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The only time you don’t need to pay for shipping is if you are in the Edmonton, AB area and would like to set up a time to pick your item up. We will email you when your purchase is being sent out or is ready for pickup. All orders come with a tracking number, both for the safety of the customer and us; This is non-negotiable.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will depend on what service you choose for shipping. Since we are currently basing operations in Canada, most shipping will be done through Canada Post or UPS. Resonant Void is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All import fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) imposed during and/or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Resonant Void is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking pictures of the box itself and the items within it are incredibly helpful and will allow us to expedite the refund/return process.
