Shipping & Handling

Store Notice: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect unknown delays for shipped items. This will likely continue through 2021 and be dependent on your country’s current COVID numbers and the health of international courier services.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.  If we already have the products on hand, it will be a bit less because we can package existing stock. However, since most of our items have to be hand-poured or hand-cast (unless it is a One Of A Kind [OOAK]) the 3-5 business day rule applies on the basis of how much time it may take to manufacture it. If for whatever reason this is not feasible (supply shortage, sickness, dinosaur attack, etc.) we will contact you directly and let you know.

Shipping & Handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The only time you don’t need to pay for shipping is if you are in the Edmonton, AB area and would like to set up a time to pick your item up. We will email you when your purchase is being sent out or is ready for pickup. All orders come with a tracking number, both for the safety of the customer and us; This is non-negotiable.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will depend on what service you choose for shipping. Since we are currently basing operations in Canada, most shipping will be done through Canada Post or UPS.  Resonant Void is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All import fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) imposed during and/or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Resonant Void is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking pictures of the box itself and the items within it are incredibly helpful and will allow us to expedite the refund/return process.

 

Pricing & Returns

We price our items based on two things: Average time it takes to make an item, and price of materials. Prices for items on the website may increase/decrease depending on sales, changes in material costs, and/or availability. Whichever price that is on the website at the time of purchase is what you pay. Because we are a 2-person team with obligations outside of this store, we are not able to make exceptions or rain-checks for pricing on items.
 
If you are still experiencing concerns, please contact us with specifics and we’ll see what we can do. Note: contacting us in an of itself does not mean you will automatically get an exception. We have to rule these things out on a case-by-case basis.
Resonant Void does not currently offer bulk pricing or wholesale pricing for distributors who contact us. If this changes in the future, we will let you know on the website.

Refunds & Returns

Returns are currently allowed. If we suspect that individuals are taking advantage of our policies, we retain the right to refuse return and/or refund of payment/goods. Items that have been damaged due to the individual or any friends/family/pets of the individual are non-returnable and non-refundable: We can’t give you money back for an item if it is not in the same condition as it was when sold.
 
Returned items will need to be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. We will refund the full amount of the item (at time of sale) back to the customer via whatever method you used to pay. If the returned item receives damage from the courier service on the way back to us, we will contact you and figure out a solution based on information/evidence we have at the time. This may include opening an official investigation with any/all of the individual(s) or companies involved.
 
Resonant Void retains the right to deny any returns/refunds for any reason. The likelihood of complete refusal is very small; We’re not going to be assholes if it’s a for valid reason, but if we suspect foul play all bets are off.
